Maxwell partnered with the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) to deliver mid-career training for senior IPoS officers that was coordinated through the Rafi Ahmed Kidwai National Postal Academy. The Indian Postal Service is currently undergoing significant reform efforts. The program focused on strategic management reform efforts tied to improving financial sustainability and managing innovation in government.
